The organisers provide hi-visibility vests at the doors for a $5 deposit - please bring correct change. Your deposit will be returned at the end of the show when you return your vest.

Children 16 or under (including babies and toddlers) are not permitted on the loading dock or in the building during bump in or bump out. There are no exceptions.

All Exhibitors are required to meet the WH&S regulations of the venue, and state and federal legislation in addition to their responsibilities under the Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011

The loading dock for this event is accessed via Darling Drive. After 20 minutes you will be directed to move your vehicle to the exhibitor parking areas.

There is NO facility for parking on the loading dock for more than 20 minutes for any vehicle including oversize vehicles. Parking options are listed under the A-Z Section.

Please note: All stands must be completed by 2200 on Thursday, 14 March. There is no option to bump in on Friday morning.

Your courier can drop off your shipment whether you are present or not – we strongly advise that you are present to receive your shipment, please ensure you have pre-booked fork lifting if required or your courier is advised to deliver to your stand if forklifting is not required.

On-site orders for power, lighting and furniture can be placed with Exponet at the on-site service desk but will incur on-site surcharge and be subject to availability and wait time – we advise you place orders in advance.

Bump out

Dismantling of stands must NOT begin before 4.30pm on Sunday, 17 March 2019.

The loading dock will not open to exhibitor traffic until all visitors and children 16 years or under have exited the building and all exhibitors and contractors are wearing high visibility vests and closed toed shoes.

ALL children MUST be removed from the venue before bump out can commence. Please make any necessary arrangements for your children in advance, as this regulation cannot be waived.

All exhibitors dismantle and pack up their stands before collecting cars and bringing them to the loading dock for bump out, as there is a time limit of 20 minutes only for loading vehicles.

If you are using Gaffneys to freight your goods, they will provide you return labels during bump out.

Any stock to be picked up by a third party must be boxed up or placed on a pallet, labelled clearly with your return address and neatly placed in the centre of your stand. Please ensure the people collecting your goods know what hall and stand number your goods are located in. See Gaffneys onsite for assistance.

The Organiser, Stand Contractor and venue management accept no responsibility for goods left on the walls or poorly stacked on the floor or for damaged or lost property.

Rubbish is to be neatly packed up and placed in the middle of the aisle for cleaners to collect.
