COVID-Safe
Covid-19 Safety Plan
In the interest of making our events safe and providing peace of mind for all of our Visitors and Exhibitors, we have developed a COVID Safe event plan for all of our exhibitions. You can find our detailed plan below
Wellbeing
If you are displaying cold and flu-like symptoms including a fever, cough, sore throat, temperature or even feeling generally unwell, we ask you to please stay at home.
Hygiene and cleaning
Hand sanitising stations will be placed throughout the exhibition and venue to encourage good hand hygiene practices. We encourage exhibitors to take advantage of lead scanner devices to gather visitors details rather than exchanging of business cards and to avoid physical contact where possible.
In coordination with the venue, additional cleaning measures will be implemented including more frequent cleaning of high-contact areas such as bathrooms, catering areas, lifts and escalators.

- Ensure you have a registered technician test and tag your electrical equipment prior to the expo. The Organiser will also arrange a technician to be onsite providing this service as a backup. An exhibitor must not reasonably refuse the test and tagging of their equipment brought to site. It is critical for the safety of our attendees that all equipment is safe for use.
- If you have any queries about electrical points or power board usage, please contact Harry the Hirer directly.
