Bump In/Out Times
- Each exhibitor will be allocated a time range that mirrors the build of the show. For your specific bump in time, please refer to the 'Your Stand' box on the right side of the Stand Inclusions page - you will need to be logged in to view this.
- No Space Only build is permitted earlier access than their allocated bump in time without the explicit written approval of Harry the Hirer and GEL Events.
Loading Dock
- You must book a time with GEL Events in order to use the Loading Dock. You will only be able to book loading dock access in correspondence with your allocated bump in time.
- A fee has been introduced this year for the use of the forklift. If you require use of a forklift, you must pre-book this with GEL Events via the Loading Dock and Forklifting Bookings form.
Storage
- Due to the size of the show, there is no dedicated storage space for exhibitors to leave their stock on the floor. Please contact GEL Events should you wish to store any stock during the show.
