- Read the City of Sydney Council Information for Temporary Food Premises.
- Click on the Compulsory forms tab > Stand activity form > tick the appropriate boxes and complete the respective forms.
- City of Sydney Council Temporary Food Stall Application (takes 5 minutes to complete).
- ICC Sydney Food Sampling Permit Form (takes 2 minutes to complete).

EXTRA FORMS - based on activity:- Cooking at your stand: ICC Sydney Cooking at stand Permit Form (takes 2 minutes to complete).
- Cooking with gas at your stand: ICC Sydney Hazardous Substances Permit Form (takes 2 minutes to complete).
- Cooking with naked flames at your stand: ICC Sydney Naked Flames Permit Form (takes 2 minutes to complete).
To complete these forms, log into Compulsory Forms > stand activity form > Select the relevant activities.
- No, there is no need to complete the compulsory City of Sydney Council form or the ICC Sydney Food Sampling Permit form for pre-wrapped lollies, chocolate, mints etc.
- The City of Sydney Council will not charge you for completing the Temporary Food Premises Application Form. In the unlikely event they visit the expo and inspect your stand, they may charge $150 for low risk food or $210 for high risk foods (e.g. meat) as a one off yearly inspection fee. - In the majority of cases the ICC Sydney won't charge you for sampling. They may charge if you are sampling products larger than standard sample size or if they sell the same products in their Cafes e.g. chocolate bars, sandwiches or coffee. Please contact ICC Sydney directly if you have any queries or concerns, as this is something National Media does not control.
- Yes, there will be limited dry, refrigerated and frozen storage. If you require storage, please complete the 'Loading Dock, Forklift and Storage bookings' form in Compulsory Forms.
- As this is a trade show you may take orders and payments (credit card, cash) at the show, but goods must NOT be traded / delivered / handed over at the show. Stock deliveries must be made off site at a later date. You may hand out free samples of your products.
- From 4pm – 5pm on Monday 30 April ONLY you may sell DISPLAY stock directly from your stand to help speed up your bump out process and reduce transport costs.

- If you are handling or preparing food / beverages at your stand e.g. cutting, using a food processor, cooking etc, you must have both a food preparation double bowl sink AND a separate hand washing station at your stand.
- If you have prepackaged samples, that will NOT be handled at the expo then you do not need to have a food preparation double bowl sink or hand washing sink at your stand.

- No, there will not be. Please either prepare your food off site prior to the show or at your stand.
