Key Information


  • Move-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.

  • Please note delays are often experienced on the loading dock during build up and breakdown.

  • All Shell Scheme stands must be completely moved out by 10pm Sunday 21st May.

  • All Space Only Stands cannot commence stand dismantle until 5.30pm.

  • Space Only Stands must have items completely removed by 12pm Monday May 22nd. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If you are not able to move out according to times stipulated above, please contact the organiser.

Important:

This event will have a scheduled move in for all exhibitors with a specific time slot to access the loading dock. Exhibitors must submit their preferred move in time via GEL Events. Please contact Matt Verdolli from GEL Events at matt@gelevents.com.au. It is important that exhibitors arrive during their allocated time to avoid delays.

ALL PRODUCT FOR COLLECTION SHOULD BE SECURED AND CLEARLY MARKED. THIS INCLUDES ANY PRODUCT LOCATED IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA AND THE REFRIGERATED REEFERS. THE ORGANISERS ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOOSE, UMARKED PRODUCT THAT IS LEFT ON SITE AFTER THE SHOW CLOSES ON SUNDAY EVENING
