Key Information
- These times are for exhibitors to deliver their goods and set up their stands.
- All stands must be completely dressed by 10pm 30th May.
- No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning of the show.
- All stands must be completed & ready for the opening of the Show by 10am Friday 31st May.

Thjis event will have a scheduled move in for all exhibitors.Exhibitors must submit their perfered move in time via Gaffneys Event Logistics. It is important that exhibitors arrive during their allocated time to avoid delays.

Key Information
- Move-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.
- Please note delays are often experienced moved out by 10pm Sunday 23rd June.
- All Shell Scheme stands cannot commence stand dismantle until 7.30pm,after the majority of shell exhibitors have moved out. This initiative will ease congestion on the loading dock and inside the halls.
- All Space Only Stand must have items completely removed by 2pm Monday 24th June.NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are not able to move out according to items stipulated above,please contact the organiser
