Monday 7am 1- 10am Space Only Exhibitors Only.

Dismantling of stands must NOT begin before show close at 4.00pm on Sunday 7 April 2019.

The loading dock will not open to exhibitor traffic until all visitors and children 16 years or under have exited the building and all exhibitors and contractors are wearing high visibility vests and closed toed shoes.  We estimate that to be 4.30 pm.

SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS

All shell scheme exhibitors must remove all items from the walls and clear any furniture not hired from Exponet on Sunday night.  If you leave products on your stand for collection by courier please leave them away from the walls so our stand builders can get to the walls.  Please label any goods to be collected, clearly with your company name and stand number, your contact details and your couriers contact details.

You cannot leave anything on the stand walls as they will be dismantled overnight.

Please dismantle and pack up your stand before bringing your vehicle onto the loading dock for bump out, as there is a time limit of 20 minutes only for loading vehicles.

If you are using Gaffneys to freight your goods, they will provide you return labels during bump out.

Any stock to be picked up by a third party must be boxed up or placed on a pallet, labelled clearly with your return address and neatly placed in the centre of your stand. Please ensure the people collecting your goods know what hall and stand number your goods are located in. See Gaffneys onsite for assistance.

The Organiser, Stand Contractor and venue management accept no responsibility for goods left on the walls or poorly stacked on the floor or for damaged or lost property.

Rubbish should neatly packed up and placed in the middle of the aisle for cleaners to collect.
