Please note: All stands must be completed by 2200 on Thursday 6 April 2019. There is no option to bump in on Friday morning.
Your courier can drop off your shipment whether you are present or not – we strongly advise that you are present to receive your shipment, please ensure you have pre-booked fork lifting if required or your courier is advised to deliver to your stand if fork lifting is not required.
On-site orders for power, lighting and furniture can be placed with Exponet at their service desk but will incur on-site surcharge and be subject to availability and wait time – we advise you place orders in advance.

- The dismantling of stands must not begin until all visitors have left the halls and exhibitors are wearing personal protective equipment. Vehicles will not be allowed access to the site until these conditions are met.
- Shell scheme exhibitors must clear their stands on Sunday night to allow the builders to dismantle the stands. Collections on Monday morning should be left labelled with the transport and storage company Gaffney’s. Space Only exhibitors must clear their stands sites by 10 am 8 April.
- All goods must be clear of the building by 10 am on Monday 8 April. If your courier has not collected by this time, our logistics company will remove your goods on our behalf. We will attempt to contact you before this action is taken however once your goods are shipped, fees will apply for the release of goods from storage.
