For this years event, we will be holding an Exhibitor Session via Zoom about 2-3 weeks out from the event. You will receive an invite in your email to attend, please invite anyone else relevant from your team. You can find everything you need to know about exhibiting at this fair right here in the Exhibitor Manual. If you can't locate what you need to plan your stand, please feel free to reach out to either your Sales Manager or our Events Operations Manager. All spaces are freestanding and open plan � what we call Space Only. We encourage you to be creative with your space to promote your brand the best way possible and keep in the feel of the One Fine Day aesthetics.
The cost of the stall not only includes your space on the day of the fair but inclusion in our marketing campaigns, listing on the One Fine Day website, blog post, social media posts and the opportunity to network with other brands in the business.
Yes, it can be found under the Floor Plan tab. We take placement of our vendors very seriously and you can trust that we will position you in the best spot possible. All guests through the door at One Fine Day will also receive a copy of this map as part of the fair program. The program lists all vendors + website details so guests can locate you long after the weekend is over.
A bump in schedule will be made available here on the vendor website closer to the date of the fair. There is no availability to set up on the day of the fair and we ask all vendors to be completely set up before the day of the event. You must supply yourself and team with high vis vests and closed toe shoes for both bump in and out. You will be unable to enter the building during these times if you aren�t compliant with the venues health and safety rules.
The venue does not require exhibitors to complete an online safety induction.

All staff must wear closed toe shoes (or steel cap boots if you own them) during bump in and bump out. Due to OH&S regulations open toed shoes and sandals are not permitted during the entire event including bump in and out � you will be refused entry to the event (remember to bring sneakers for bump out).
A safety high vis vest must also be worn during bump in and bump out. This will be your responsibility to ensure you and your team have these requirements. If personal protective equipment (PPE) is not worn, persons will be removed from site until all sufficient PPE is provided.
Children under the age of 16, (including babies and toddlers) are NOT permitted on site during bump in, and bump out, nor may they be left in vehicles in the loading dock during bump in and bump out. Children are also NOT permitted back of house during the open hours of the event for their own safety and the safety of other workers.
All stallholders intending to sample food / beverages onsite (absolutely no selling onsite allowed), must apply through the Compulsory Forms and ensure that you have the relevant Streatrader Permit. Please read through and apply as per the information provided here. For sampling, the following criteria should be used as a guide:
- Items to be sampled must be directly related to the exhibitor�s core business and served as bite-size pieces or in maximum 50gm portions.
- Beverage portions are limited to 30ml or less
- Details of the ingredients in food and beverage products are to be available including the presence of any allergens.
- Food Safety regulations must be followed - including he provision of hand washing and refrigeration options.
- Waste must be limited or eliminated and all food packaging must be removed from sample items prior to leaving the venue.
You will only have access to electricity if you have pre-purchased at $150 + GST. Anything that you choose to plug in must be tagged and tested within the last 12 months by a qualified electrician (this also includes power boards). Electricity will be charged at $300+GST should you order electricity on the day of the fair. If you're using POS systems, iphones/ipads, scanners, we recommend ordering electricity for your stand.

All electrical equipment used for the event must be tested & tagged by a suitably qualified electrician.
The following sets out the electrical usage policy for the event:
- Whilst on site any electrical equipment found without a tag of current date issued by a suitably qualified electrician will not be permitted for use in accordance with Australian Standards 3760.
- Where practicable, all electrical leads will be kept off the ground on insulated hangers or on insulated lead stands. If they must be run along the ground they must be secured to the ground and positioned away from walkways.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor and on-site supplier using electrical equipment to ensure that they:
- Check all portable equipment for a current tag.
- Only use the equipment for the task it is intended for.
- Report any electrical faults, failures or defects to someone in a position of authority.
- Use the �test button� on a portable residual current device before each use.
- Completely unroll an extension lead while in use.
- Inspect the equipment for superficial signs of damage.
The short answer is yes. As with all events, neither the organiser, the venue, or any staff, employees, agents or other representatives of One Fine Collective Pty Ltd or the venue shall be liable for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the exhibitor, employees, agents or other representatives of the exhibitor or for goods sent to the venue before or remaining after the exhibition, or whilst in transit to or from, or during the exhibition.
It is a requirement that exhibitors have appropriate public liability insurance cover for no less than $10 million dollars in respect of any single claim. It is a legal requirement that the organisers verify that all exhibitors hold Public Liability Insurance.
Exhibitors must send a Certificate of Currency detailing the following:

If you are not covered, you may take out suitable Public Liability Insurance with the organiser�s insurance broker by completing FORM 2. N.B This does not cover loss, theft or damage to stock.
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
Exhibitors who employ staff to work on their stand at the event must also carry and provide proof of cover Workers Compensation Insurance via the Compulsory Forms.
No. There is no internet access at the venues. We ask that you provide your own hot spot/ wireless device, if you require.
It�s up to you how you would like to accept money from customers at the fair. We do highly recommend you look into mobile/systems such as 'Square' that make taking card payments super easy.
As an external supplier in this event you are reminded of your obligations to treat the allocated event space with care. There are no exceptions to these rules and we remind you that any damages will result in any damage fees being on-charged to your organisation
Under no circumstances are you allowed to store/leave any equipment outside of your space.
Display items with rough or sharp surfaces must not rest on the floor.

Tenacious Tape: K969 Super Black Matt Gaffer (gaffing cables in traffic areas)
K160 Cloth Tape - 9 Colours (Carpet edging possible gaffing cables in low traffic area)
K330 Double sided cloth tape (holding down carpet)
PS4700 Green Protection Tapes?(can be used in conjuction with double sided cloth)
NO OTHER TAPE IS TO BE USED AT THE VENUE, ANY CHARGES GAINED FROM MARKS LEFT ON THE FLOOR AT YOUR AREA WILL BE ON CHARGED TO YOU.
If you are witness to something that you would consider to be an emergency, whether it be fire, an electrical issue, suspicious package/bag being left around, forklift driving dangerously, people working at heights unsafely � please notify the nearest event organiser or security staff member to ensure this does not cause further issues for our work site, contractors, suppliers and stallholders.
In the event that we need to evacuate at any time during the bump in, event or bump out times � all responsible organisations are asked to have a list prepared of the staff present onsite and will be required to move in an orderly fashion and meet the venue managers, event organisers and security at the evacuation point/s most appropriate to the emergency.
Evacuation Instructions:
During an evacuation, fire wardens have full authority over the site, please follow their instructions until the fire fighters or police arrive and take control
Once workers have evacuated to the assembly area there is to be no smoking or ball games Do not attempt to re-enter site until it has been cleared and the �ok� given to return to work by the event organisers or area wardens
All incidents and accidents must be reported promptly to the Event Organisers, Security or a Venue Manager.
Qualified First Aid personnel will be on site at all times. First Aid personnel will be located onsite during the open period of the event. During bump in and bump our security staff are all qualified first aiders. In the event of a medical emergency please alert OFC Staff, Venue Staff or Security to call 000.
Any items found should be handed into the organiser�s office or a member of the security team.
Event Security will be present at the event during our opening hours to ensure the safety of patrons, staff and our partners. If you see something suspicious please inform security immediately. You will be responsible for the security your personal belongings. Further safety information, including emergency & evacuation procedures will be provided during the onsite event briefing.
One Fine Day asks that you integrate your signage into your stall, and keep it within the professional nature of the event.
No signs, banners or commercial medium may be hung, fixed or visible on the building interior without prior approval.
No nails, screws, adhesives or fastening may be driven into or attached to the walls, doors, glass, floors, furniture, fittings or equipment, damages resulting from installation will be charged directly to the vendor.
We ask that you keep your stall design in style with the aesthetics of our website and social media platforms. From our experience, stalls that are clean and fresh and have a clear indication of what it is that they do get the most out of the fair. We cannot stress enough how important it is to have clear signage at your stall.

Waste management is extremely important to One Fine Day and our team. All waste should be recyclable or eliminated where possible.
Please ensure that all rubbish is disposed of in the correct bin and the site is left the way you found it. Waste Management teams will be onsite to keep the event clean and tidy, please alert staff if there are any issues requiring immediate attention. No pallets or building materials should be left onsite at the end of the event, please arrange to remove on bump out.
