Over 10,000 meetings will be held at AIME 2023 – all powered by world-class AI technology provided by GRIP Events. AIME’s bespoke platform matches connections between buyers and exhibitors using over a billion AI data points, providing unparalleled matchmaking between exhibitors and buyers.
Traditionally exhibitors rely on visitor buyers for generating leads on the showfloor however AIME’s meeting matching process allows buyers and exhibitors to pre-schedule meetings and lock-in their appointments before the event. This process not only provides exhibitors with more predictive and accurate leads but it also results in more productive meetings and higher RoI.

For tips on the best way to use our Meeting Matching Platform, we will run two (2) webinars for Exhibitors to attend online to learn how to use the platform and for tips on how to get the most out of your Meeting Matching experience.

Access to the Meeting Matching Platform will open on the 20th December. From the 20th December onward, you will receive an email link to access your profile on our Meeting Matching Platform.
Once you have set up your access, you can add the website to your browser favourites.
Please note: due to the large number of Exhibitors receiving their welcome emails, there may be a delay in receiving yours. If you have not received your welcome email by Thursday 22nd December, please let us know.
Important Meeting Matching Key Dates
AIME 2023 Digital App
The AIME Digital App will be available for use from 1st February - 31st March 2023.
We strongly urge you to download the AIME app for up-to-date information on the show and to view your appointment diary.
Post-Show Follow Up
You will have access to the Meeting Platform and AIME 2023 App until 31st March 2023.
During this time, you can download any information you wish to retain. Please note, after 31st March, you will no longer have access and all information will be removed.
We strongly suggest you make a note or reminder in your diary to download information before the 31st March.
