Please Note: 
These times are for exhibitors to deliver their goods and set up their stands

• All stands must be completely dressed by 10.00pm Monday 13th February
• No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning of the event
• All stands must be ready for opening of the event by 8.00am Tuesday 14th February
• Activate Live exhibitors, please speak to your AIME Account Manager regarding your bump in/ bump out requirements.

REGISTRATION

Registration is located on the concourse of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre outside Door 9. This is also an information desk during bump in. You must collect your Exhibitor Badges - which include access to networking events - from the desk on Monday 13th February between 8.30am – 5.00pm.

EVENT OPEN TIMES

Please Note:

• Exhibitors can gain entry up to two hours before opening time on each show floor day
• The Organisers reserve the right to alter the above times 
• First meeting appointment commences 9.30am each show day

Please Note:

• Bump-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so
• Delays are often experienced on the loading dock during bump in and bump out
• All Embassy Suite stands must be completely moved out by 10.00pm Wednesday 15th February
• Space Only Stands cannot commence stand dismantle until 7.30pm Wednesday 15th February
• Space Only Stands must have items completely removed by 2.00pm Thursday 16th February

Venue Access during Bump In / Out

Access to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) for exhibitors and contractors during build-up and dismantling is via the loading dock at the rear of the exhibition bays.  Access is via Normanby Road.  To ensure a continuous and clear flow of traffic to the exhibition bays, parking is not permitted in the loading dock area.  Handheld items should be delivered from the car park located directly underneath the exhibition bays.  A lift near Door 1, 6 & 10 in the car park provides access to the public concourse – please note however that no trolleys are allowed on the concourse at any time.  Work Health & Safety regulations strictly prohibit children from being on-site during the bump-in and bump-out periods.  This means that children aged 15 years and under are not permitted in the venue at any time during bump-in and bump-out.  Management apologises for any inconvenience. 
Please note: Safety vests and closed toed shoes must be worn during bump-in and bump-out. 

During the exhibition, exhibitors and visitors will have access to the exhibition via the front doors of the exhibition bays.  Public car parking is located under the bays.  Access is via Normanby Road.
