NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE THE BUMP IN TIMES GIVEN IN THE EVENT DATES & TIMETABLE. DELIVERY TIMES ARE SPECIFIC TO YOUR STAND PACKAGE. ALL GOODS MUST BE COLLECTED NO LATER THAN 10 PM SATURDAY 11 AUGUST.

We strongly urge a representative of your company should receive any goods delivered to the venue, unless you have arranged transport through Gaffney’s Event Logistics the official show partner. The organisers will not sign for your deliveries, please send them signature not required if you do not intend to meet your driver in person. Please do not address goods to the organisers or provide our contact details.

ACCESS TO LOADING DOCK

If you or your courier needs to access the loading dock you must book in using the ICC's booking system ICC VOYAGE CONTROL

COLLECTION OF GOODS

Exhibitors must ensure all goods are removed from their stands by 10 pm Saturday, 11 August to allow the stand builders to break down their stands.

Any goods remaining in the building after 10 pm will be removed by the organisers and costs will be passed onto the exhibitor before the goods will be released.

FORK LIFTING

Fork lifting is not included in your stand package and must be booked through Gaffney’s separately. You may book this onsite but surcharges apply, orders in advance are advised. If using a courier company please remember to order fork lifting additionally if required.

MOVING GOODS ONSITE

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide adequate staff and equipment to transport goods at the venue, to avoid the risk of injury. A limited number of trolleys and pallet jacks are provided by the Venue for

exhibitor use and are lent on a first come first served basis a small security deposit may be required.

STORAGE

Storage is not included in your stand package and must be booked through the Organiser separately. All storage is located on the show floor in the exhibitor storage area. You must book all storage before the due date as space is limited.

ICC Sydney can validate exhibitors parking tickets on FULL move in or out days for a rate of $25. Validation does not apply on days where the show is operational.

4+ hours (to 4am only) - $49.00
