BUMP IN SCHEDULE ACCESS HOURS
Wednesday, 8 August Space Only 1 pm -8 pm
Wednesday, 8 August All Exhibitors 3 pm - 8 pm
Thursday, 9 August All Exhibitors 8 am – 7.30 pm

All stands must be completed by 12 pm on Thursday, 9 August.

Your shipper will be allowed onto your stand to drop off your shipment whether you are present or not – we strongly advise that you are present to receive your shipment and have full stand details on your delivery labels. The organisers expressly disclaim any responsibility for goods damaged in transit or for incomplete or incorrect deliveries we cannot sign for deliveries on your behalf.  

PLEASE SEND ALL DELIVERIES SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO MEET YOUR SHIPPER.  WE WILL NOT SIGN FOR GOODS IN YOUR ABSENCE. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR COURIERS KNOW TO DROP OFF ON THE UPPER LEVEL OF THE BUILDING.

Please make sure you have booked any fork lifting required prior to delivery and your courier is advised to deliver all the way to your stand if forklifting is not required.

On-site orders for electrics and furniture can be placed with Expo Evolution at the on-site service desk but this will be subject to an on-site surcharge and availability – we strongly advise you to place full orders in advance.

Saturday, 11 August All Stands to be cleared by 10 pm 4 pm – 10 pm

The dismantling of stands must not begin before 4pm on Saturday, 11 August or until all visitors have left the halls and exhibitors are wearing personal protective equipment.

Shell scheme exhibitors must clear their stands of stock on Saturday night to allow the builders to dismantle the stands. No stock can be left at the venue for collection after Saturday
