Vehicle access to the loading dock is Darling Drive, lower loading dock 3.
Vehicles may only remain on the loading dock for a maximum of 20 minutes for loading/unloading purposes due tothe high volume of vehicles.
Vehicles on the dock must not exceed 10kmh and hazard lights must be active at all times and whilst engines are running.
Your courier can drop off your shipment whether you are present or not – we strongly advise that you are present to receive your shipment, otherwise please give authority for deliveries to be made with no signature required.
Once exhibitors have unloaded via the loading dock they must move their vehicles to ICC Car Park 1, Harbourside Carpark or Sydney Fish Market.
ICC Sydney Carpark: Discount flat rate of $25 is available for exhibitors and contractors during bump in – Monday 18 March - Tuesday 29 March ONLY. Collect your Discount Car Parking ticket from the ICC Sydney Customer Service Desk on level 4 or level 2. Max. vehicle height 2.2m. There is NO facility for parking on the loading dock for more than 20 minutes for any vehicle including oversize vehicles. There are NO ICC Sydney car parking discounts during show days:

Harbourside Carpark: 100 Murray St, Pyrmont, Sydney. Discount Flat rate $20 per day from Monday 18 March - Thursday 21 March. Collect your follow-on ticket from the registration desk at the front of the expo. Max. Vehicle height 2m.
Sydney Fish Markets (open air parking for oversize vehicles): Bank Street and Pyrmont Bridge Road, Sydney. Parking rates are based on an hourly charge. Max. daily charge is $64 for 6+ hours. No max. vehicle height restriction. A 20-minute walk from this car park to the venue. There is no discount for parking at this venue.
The organizer and Agility will not sign for goods from third-party couriers. Ensure your deliveries are sent with ‘signature not required’ or meet them yourself. Please make your courier aware there may be a queue for unloading.
Please do not address goods to the organiser or provide the organiser's contact details as they are unable to sign for your goods.
There is no access to Turnkey stands on Monday 18 March as they will not yet be constructed.
Agility will supply fork lifting services, pallet jacks and trolleys to exhibitors during bump in and bump out free of charge. Please note that these services are on a first come first served basis.
Although Agility can provide assistance, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide adequate staff and equipment to transport goods at the venue, to avoid the risk of injury.
Any rubbish at your stand during bump in is to be neatly packed up and placed in the middle of the aisle for cleaners to collect. Please do not put any sort of packing materials or bulky items in the wheelie bins.
