Exhibitor Passes

  •  All staff working a stand require an Exhibitor Pass. All passes must be registered under each staff member's name and email address. You cannot use the same email for multiple passes.
  •  Register for your passes via the Exhibitor Passes from in Forms To Action. Once registered, you will be sent your passes via email as a PDF document.
  •  Collect your physical pass onsite by scanning your digital pass at the registration desks on Level 4 at Halls 5-7.
  •  It is highly recommended you collect your pass during bump in, Wednesday 30 August. Passes will also be available to collect between 8am - 10am Thursday 31 August, however, visitors will be arriving to collect their passes too so it will be busy on the concourse.
  •  If you have collected a pass on behalf of a colleague, you will need to meet them outside the show hall to collect. They will not be allowed on to the show floor to look for you.
  •  A guide for the number of exhibitors based on stand size is:
    • 9 sqm and under - Up to 3 staff members per day
    • 10-18 sqm: - Up to 4 staff members per day
    • 19 sqm or above: 5 - 8 staff members per day.
