Bump in: Deliver goods to Upper Loading Dock, Halls 5-7. Set up stand on Level 4, Halls 5-7.

NOTE:

• **Due to the limited space available, each exhibitor will be allocated a time range that mirrors the build of the show. For your bump in time, please refer to the 'Your Stand' box on the right side of this page - you will need to be logged in to view this.
• Loading dock times must be booked with GEL Events, fees apply for forklift services
• No space only build is permitted earlier access without the explicit written approval of Harry the Hirer and GEL Events. See Deliveries, Parking and Storage for further details.
• Goods MUST NOT be delivered to the venue before this date or they will be turned away.
• You are able to set up your stand past 10pm, however, must inform the Organiser's Office.

• It is advised if you don't need to use the loading dock that you use the carpark to unload via the lifts, or utilise the porter service (fees apply and this must be pre-booked) provided by GEL Events available from the ICC carpark. GEL Events will have trolleys and equipment to help move goods from the carpark to your stand (FOC). Long wait times are expected on the loading dock.

TURNKEY STANDS & TECH PODS:
Bump in: Deliver goods via the carpark only. Set up stand on Level 4, Halls 5-7.

NOTE:

• If you require access to the loading dock, please discuss these requirements with your Event Coordinator.
• Goods MUST NOT be delivered to the venue before this date or they will be turned away.
• You are able to set up your stand past 10pm, however, must inform the Organiser's Office.

Bump Out:

Shell Scheme, Turnkey Stands & Tech Pods goods to be cleared via the carpark only.

Space Only Stands pack down to begin, pallets will be dropped back to stands if booked through GEL Events.
