Deliveries, Parking and Storage
This event has ended.
- The preferred logistics supplier for NoVacancy is Agility Logistics. Agility can assist you with moving goods from your location to the venue. If you would like to use Agility, download the Agility freight form (under the compulsory forms section) and email directly to them.
- Deliveries to the event can be made during Bump In - Sunday 15 July, 12 pm - 6 pm (Space Only Exhibitors) and Monday 16 July, 8 am - 8 pm (All exhibitors). The loading dock will not be open on event days for deliveries. Return deliveries can be made during Bump Out - Wednesday 18 July, 5:30 pm - 7 pm or Thursday 8 am - 10 am. - Please note, if you are NOT onsite to sign for your delivery, it will be turned away unless stated it can be left without signature. Agility and the organisers will NOT sign for deliveries. Please clearly highlight on the delivery label and delivery instructions that your goods can be left without a signature if you will not be onsite to receive.
- If you have goods being collected from the venue on Thursday 19 July, please ensure these are collected between 8 am - 10 am. Your goods MUST be clearly labelled with a return address and packed in the centre of your stand. Anything that is not packed or labelled in the centre of your stand will be disposed of at 10 am.
- As SPACE ONLY bump in date is SUNDAY 15 July, some couriers/delivery companies may not deliver on a SUNDAY. If this is the case, contact Agility directly and arrange for your goods to be delivered BY 5 pm THURSDAY 12 July to the Agility depot. Agility will provide you with a specific delivery label and they will forward your goods to the show on Sunday 15 July.
- Vehicle access to the loading dock is Darling Drive, lower loading dock 3.
- Vehicles may only remain on the loading dock for a maximum of 20 minutes for loading/unloading purposes due to the high volume of vehicles.
- Vehicles on the dock must not exceed 10kmh and hazard lights must be active at all times and whilst engines are running.
- Your courier can drop off your shipment whether you are present or not, ONLY if you have given authority that your delivery can be left without a signature.
- ICC Sydney Carpark: A discount flat rate of $25 is available for exhibitors and contractors during bump in – Sunday 15 July - Monday 16 July ONLY. Collect your Discount Car Parking ticket from the ICC Sydney Customer Service Desk on level 4 or level 2. Max. vehicle height 2.2m. There is NO ICC Sydney car parking discount during show days.
- Harbourside Carpark: 100 Murray St, Pyrmont, Sydney. Discount Flat rate $20 per day from Sunday 15 July - Wednesday 18 July. Collect your follow on ticket from the registration desk at the front of the show. Max. Vehicle height 2m.
- Sydney Fish Markets (open air parking for oversize vehicles): Bank Street and Pyrmont Bridge Road, Sydney. Parking rates are based on an hourly charge. Max. daily charge is $64 for 6+ hours. No max. vehicle height restriction. 20-minute walk from this carpark to the venue. There is no discount for parking at this venue.
- If you require the use of the loading dock AT ALL (e.g. courier delivery, own vehicle etc) or the use of a forklift you MUST complete the Agility booking form under compulsory forms in the exhibitor centre to book a loading dock time for assistance with moving your goods.
- The organiser and Agility will not sign for goods from third party couriers. Ensure your deliveries are sent with ‘signature not required’ or meet them yourself. Please make your courier aware there may be a queue for unloading.
- Please do not address goods to the organiser or provide our contact details.
- There is no access to shell scheme or Turnkey stands on Sunday 15 July as they will not yet be constructed.
- Agility will supply forklifting services, pallet jacks and trolleys to exhibitors during bump in and bump out free of charge. Please note that these services are on a first come first served basis.
- Although Agility can provide assistance, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide adequate staff and equipment to transport goods at the venue, to avoid the risk of injury.
- Any rubbish at your stand during bump in is to be neatly packed up and placed in the middle of the aisle for cleaners to collect.
- If you need to restock your stand during the show, please do so between 8 am and 10 am before the show opens. During this time you may use a hand trolley.
- You may restock during show opening hours, but it must be done by hand (no trolleys allowed).
- Any rubbish from restocking your stand on show days is to be placed neatly in or next to rubbish bins located on the show floor. Please do not fill venue bins with packaging waste.
- There is NO exhibitor storage provided by the organiser at the show.
- Exhibitors requiring refrigeration etc, must book and bring their own refrigeration/freezers.
- Any pallets will be stored off site by Agility then brought back to the venue to use for bump out.
