If you are delivering your own goods please note that trolleys and pallet jacks are provided for your use on a first come first served basis. The loading dock has a time limit of 20 minutes which applies to all vehicles on the loading dock.
LOGISTICS PARTNER We highly recommend you engage the services of our official show logistics partner Agility as they work closely with us and have an intimate knowledge of the show. They also work to the event deadlines and know the time-sensitive nature of event freight. You can get a quote for your transport and fork lifting with the quote request form found in the Contractors Order Forms Section of the manual.
Agility Fairs and Events is the official freight forwarder and onsite logistics provider to the 2018 Cake Bake & Sweets Show Sydney and Melbourne.
Specialising in exhibition freight forwarding - both domestic and international - Agility can ensure that exhibitors’ product, display & merchandise are in the right place, at the right time.
Providing a complete transport, materials handling & storage service, we monitor freight from origin through to exhibition booth, ensuring goods are handled in a professional manner and all formalities/deadlines are met.
If you are using Agility, your goods will automatically be delivered to your exhibition booth.
Agility Fairs & Events offers the following services:
- All local, interstate and international transport services including delivery onto each exhibitors' stand at the venue.
- Storage of early consignments, packing materials during the exhibition and storage after the exhibition.
- For international exhibitors, a comprehensive international freight forwarding service tailored to each particular exhibitor’s requirements.

COURIERS AND YOUR OWN SHIPPERS If you are using your own courier or shipper, we recommend a representative from your company be present to receive any goods delivered to the venue. You or your shipper must book their arrival and departure time onto the loading dock through the venue Voyage Control website

The organisers or Agility will not sign for your deliveries, please send them signature not required if you do not intend to meet your courier in person. Please do not address goods to the organisers or provide our contact details. Please advise your couriers that we don’t have the ability to swap Chep or Loscam pallets.
If using your own shippers please make sure you have booked any fork lifting required BEFORE delivery or your courier is advised to deliver all the way to your stand if forklifting is not required.
WE CAN’T ACCEPT GOOD BEFORE THE SHOW BUMP IN TIMES GIVEN ON PAGE 4. DELIVERY TIMES ARE SPECIFIC TO YOUR STAND PACKAGE. ALL GOODS MUST BE COLLECTED NO LATER THAN 10 AM MONDAY 3 DECEMBER
COLLECTION OF GOODS Shell scheme exhibitors must remove all goods from the venue by 10 pm Sunday 2 December to allow the stand builders to break down shell scheme stands. Goods remaining in the building after 10 am Monday 3 December will be removed by the organisers and costs will be passed onto the exhibitor before release.
FORK LIFTING Fork lifting is not included in your stand package and must be booked through Agility separately. You may book this onsite but onsite surcharges apply - orders in advance are advised. If using a courier company please remember to order fork lifting additionally if required.
MOVING GOODS ONSITE It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide adequate staff and equipment to transport goods at the venue, to avoid the risk of injury. A limited number of trolleys and pallet jacks are provided by Agility for exhibitor use and are lent on a first come first served basis a small security deposit may be required.
STORAGE Off stand storage is not included in your stand package and must be booked through Agility separately. All storage is located in the exhibitor storage area. You must book all storage before the due date as space is limited.
