All stands must be completed by 10 pm on Thu 22 November 2018. Please read WH&S on page 15.
Your courier will be allowed onto your stand to drop off your goods whether you are present or not – but you must send it signature not required. We cannot sign for goods that we haven’t shipped so we strongly advise that you are present to receive your shipment and have full stand details on your delivery labels.
PLEASE SEND ALL DELIVERIES SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO MEET YOUR SHIPPER
Please make sure you have booked any fork lifting required BEFORE delivery and your courier is advised to deliver all the way to your stand if forklifting is not required. Bump in on Friday morning will not be possible as the loading dock will be closed on the morning of the show
On-site orders for power and furniture can be placed with Exponet at the on-site service desk but this will be subject to an on-site surcharge and availability – we strongly advise you to place full orders in advance.

- The dismantling of stands must not begin until all visitors have left the halls and exhibitors are wearing personal protective equipment. Vehicles will not be allowed access to the site until these conditions are met.
- Shell scheme exhibitors must clear their stands on Sunday night to allow the builders to dismantle the stands. Collections on Monday morning should be left labelled with the transport and storage company Gaffney’s. Space Only exhibitors must clear their stands sites by 10am Monday morning.
- All goods must be clear of the building by 10 am on Mon 26 November 2018. If your courier has not collected by this time, our logistics company will remove your goods on our behalf. We will attempt to contact you before this action is taken however once your goods are shipped, fees will apply for the release of goods from storage.
