- For a full list of Key dates and times click here
- Every person is required to wear High Visibility vests and enclosed shoes when on the loading dock and/or show floor, during bump in.
- High Visibility vests can be purchased via the check in desk for $15 each if you've forgotten to bring yours.
- Children 16 or under (including babies and toddlers - even in carriers/prams) are not permitted on the loading dock or in the building during bump in or bump out. There are no exceptions to this national event site regulation.
- All Exhibitors are required to meet the WH&S regulations of the venue, and state and federal legislation in addition to their responsibilities under the WH&S Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017.
- The loading dock for this event is via Errol Flynn Blvd. After 15 minutes you will be directed to move your vehicle out of the loading dock.
- There is NO facility for parking on the loading dock for more than 15 minutes for any vehicle including oversized vehicles. Parking options are listed under the Exhibiting information tab.
- Bump out times are:
- Exhibitor Stands: 3:30pm - 7:00pm Sunday 3rd April - please note bump out information will be provided closer to the event also.
- Dismantling of stands must NOT begin before 3pm on Sunday afternoon.
- Loading Dock doors will not open until all visitors and children 16 years or under have exited the building and all exhibitors and contractors are wearing high visibility vests and enclosed shoes.
- Please note that at the close of the show ALL children MUST be removed from the venue before bump out can commence. Please make any necessary arrangements for your children in advance, as this regulation cannot be waived.
- Please supply your own high visibility vest for bump out.
- It is advised that all exhibitors dismantle and pack up their stands before collecting cars and bringing them to the loading dock for bump out, as there is a time limit of 15 minutes only for loading vehicles.
- Alternatively, exhibitors can park in the venue car park and transport small / handheld boxes from the hall directly to their vehicle instead of using the loading dock. Fees apply to park in the car park, no discounted rates available.
- If you are using a courier / freight service to collect your goods, you will need to provide your own return labels.
- Any stock to be picked up by a third party on Sunday 2nd April between 4pm - 7pm or Monday 3rd April between 8am - 11am is to be boxed up, labelled clearly with your return address and neatly placed in the centre of your stand. Please ensure the people collecting your goods know what hall and stand number your goods are located in.
- The Organiser, Stand Contractor and venue management accept no responsibility for goods left on the walls or poorly stacked on the floor or for damaged or lost property.
- Any rubbish is to be neatly packed up and placed in the middle of the aisle for cleaners to collect. Strictly no pallets, milk crates, bread bins or styrofoam boxes are to be left onsite.
- If you require freight pick up on Sunday evening, we recommend using Gaffney's Event Logistics.
- Freight pickups can be made between 3:30pm-7pm Sunday 2nd April or 7am-11am on Monday 3rd April but your goods must be wrapped, clearly labelled with a return address and left neatly in the centre of your stand.
- All exhibitor freight must be removed by 7pm, unless you have informed us of plans for Monday morning collection. If your courier has not arrived by this time, we cannot accept responsibility for these items. The venue cannot guarantee the ability to hold any items and therefore we suggest you ensure your couriers are booked and definitely coming for collection by the appointed time.
