COVID-Safe
Covid-19 Safety Plan
In the interest of making our events safe and providing peace of mind for all of our Visitors and Exhibitors, we have developed a COVID Safe event plan for all of our exhibitions. You can find our detailed plan below
Wellbeing
If you are displaying cold and flu-like symptoms including a fever, cough, sore throat, temperature or even feeling generally unwell, we ask you to please stay at home.
Hygiene and cleaning
Hand sanitising stations will be placed throughout the exhibition and venue to encourage good hand hygiene practices. We encourage exhibitors to take advantage of lead scanner devices to gather visitors details rather than exchanging of business cards and to avoid handshaking/physical contact where possible.
In coordination with the venue, additional cleaning measures will be implemented including more frequent cleaning of high-contact areas such as bathrooms, catering areas, lifts and escalators.
Social Distancing
At present, the NSW Government has reintroduced the 1 person per 4sqm capacity for events held at ICC Sydney. This information is being updated regularly under consultation with the venue, National Media and NSW Health. All visitors must be pre-registered for the event and maintain adequate 1.5m distancing where possible. Additional signage will be installed at the exhibition to assist with social distancing measures.
Condition of Entry
As a condition of entry, it is now optional for all Visitors, Exhibitors, Organisers to wear a face mask. Venue and catering Staff at ICC Sydney will continue to wear face masks. Masks are available to purchase from vending machines located on Level 2 at the ICC Sydney. Alternatively, bring along your own mask if you wish to wear one. For further information, please visit the ICC Sydney EventSafe Guidelines here. NB: These guidelines are constantly changing and this latest update is as of 10 February 2021.
