All stands must be completed by 11am on Wednesday 19 May 2021 for a Fair Management review.
- Your shipper will be allowed onto your stand to drop off your shipment whether you are present or not – we strongly advise that you are present to receive your shipment as ACHK take no responsibility for the delivery of artworks
- On-site orders for walling, furniture and electrics can be placed with PICO at their on-site service desk located behind the fair. On-site orders will be subject to an on-site surcharge and be subject to availability – we advise you to place full orders in advance.
- Art handlers can be employed from our Official Shipper, Sunway Express. We strongly advise that you request their services more than one month in advance, as on-site assistance cannot be assured. Independent art handlers may be used.

- Nothing is to be removed before 6.30pm or until the building is clear of the public. Contractors / shippers will not be allowed into the halls until such time
- We strongly recommend that you stay with your packed cases until your shipper has removed all cases from your stand. It is imperative that your shipper knows the number of cases they are responsible for removing from site, and this is agreed on-site between both parties BEFORE you leave. Art Central cannot be held responsible for any art or cases left by you or your shipper.
- Make sure that you are prepared and have enough help in order to ensure you never need to leave the stand unattended. Please also ensure you keep your personal belonging safe at all times
- Make sure that you take everything with you when you leave. Anything left behind will be disposed of.
- You will be charged a removal fee for any crates or rubbish left on your stand after breakdown is complete. Please arrange for your shipper to remove all crates from site.
